中国对外直接投资对母国全要素生产率的影响

——基于东道国层面的实证分析

[内容摘要]本文利用中国1993-2005年在26个主要国家开展对外直接投资的数据，借鉴传统的柯布－道格拉斯生产函数建立模型，对我国对外直接投资与全要素生产率之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，对外直接投资对我国全要素生产率的提升有正向促进作用，虽然作用强度不大，但从长期来看，对外直接投资能够促进我国技术进步。实证分析表明，在不同研发投入的东道国开展对外直接投资所获取的技术溢出效应存在差异。尤其是通过对科技发达、研发投入丰富国家的直接投资能够使我们获取国外的先进技术，从而提升我国的综合实力。

The influences on TFP of the homeland From the Outward Foreign Direct Investment of China

--based on empirical analysis of the host countries

[Abstract]  The article use the data of Chinese outward foreign direct investment on some other countries from 1993 to 2005, and construct model by imitating traditional C-D function, in order to analyze the relationship between the Chinese outward foreign direct investment and the total factor production. Through the results, we can see that outward foreign direct investment has positive effects on our total factor production. The result shows that outward foreign direct investment has positive effects on our total factor production.Though the effect is not so strong as we expect, it is evident in the long run that our technology has been improved through outward foreign direct investment. At the same time, we have found that the effects of spillover are different from outward foreign direct investment in different host countries. Especially, we should invest in those developed countries that have high input investment in research and development to get some technology spillovers.
